Collab at Pine St launched in 2017. This new gallery is dedicated to promoting emerging, early and mid career artists through our professionally curated exhibition program. We aim to create a dynamic platform for artistic work.
Founded by a curatorial duo who observed the need for more than the prevailing blank hire space, Collab endeavours to be true to its name by providing an artist-led and collaborative curatorial approach, offering artists opportunities to participate in a variety of exhibitions — ranging from installations and short-term residencies to solo and group shows. Collab offers specialist curatorial services to exhibitors, including exhibition design, exhibition texts and advertising. Central to the gallery are workshops, talks and events that extend the possibilities of creative conversation, exchange and participation.
